The conference has grown into one of the best-known business events in Northern Ireland, offering inspiring talks, career development and strong networking.

Environmental activist Erin Brockovich and classicist and broadcaster Professor Dame Mary Beard lead the speaker list. Journalist Joanne O’Riordan, Barclays Bank Ireland executive Helen Kelly, Royal Ballet Principal Melissa Hamilton and skincare founder Dr Sam Bunting will also address delegates.

Leaders, entrepreneurs and changemakers from Northern Ireland and beyond will gather to reflect on progress, exchange ideas and motivate future leaders.

The Gala Ball will honor 20 years of achievement and impact. The conference will follow with keynotes and panels on leadership, innovation and progress.

Pitch Perfect returns, with female entrepreneurs presenting their businesses live to 550 leaders. The winner takes home a bursary to help grow the business.

Kirsty McManus, Nations Director at IoD Northern Ireland, said the team feels proud of the milestone and expects the most ambitious edition yet.

Lyn Harris, Managing Partner of the Belfast office at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, said the firm is delighted to support the landmark event as headline sponsor. She added that the speakers and Pitch Perfect will give delegates a rewarding experience.
