Huddersfield-based startup MyBliss is advancing women’s sexual health with new funding led by Mint Ventures, joined by co-investors Alma Angels and Lifted Ventures. The investment will support the company’s mission to create evidence-based products that empower women and improve their well-being.

MyBliss was founded by Mo Carrier and her fiancé after Mo had side effects from contraception. The company is currently advancing its flagship condom product through a £100,000 Innovate UK-funded collaboration with the University of Manchester. MyBliss also plans to introduce an intimate gel, adding to its range of women’s wellness products.

Gillian Fleming, managing director of Mint Ventures, said they are excited to back MyBliss and its team. She noted that the company’s focus on improving women’s health through innovative solutions fits well with their goal of supporting diverse founders making a positive difference.

Mo Carrier said that working with Mint Ventures opens a new chapter for MyBliss. Their backing will allow the company to expand and help more women with personalised sexual health products. She added that their goal is to improve women’s sexual wellness with comfort, confidence, and enjoyment at the center.

The funding also comes with support from the British Business Bank, showing continued investment in women-led, health-focused businesses in the UK. With this backing, MyBliss can grow its product range and positively affect women’s sexual health.
