Background:

A new networking group for women has started in Barrow, providing a space for professional growth and making connections.

Pink Link Barrow meets monthly and is led by award-winning entrepreneur and business coach Emma-Lea Dalton. The meetings are held at Brizzolaris Italian Coffee Bar, giving women a friendly place to take a break from working alone and build genuine relationships.

The group welcomes women at all stages of their careers, including business owners, corporate professionals, charity workers, and artisans. It aims to create a supportive community where women can share ideas, learn from each other, and feel motivated.

Emma-Lea Dalton said, “Our first meeting brought nine local women together to talk openly about business. It was a wonderful morning where everyone left feeling energised, motivated, and inspired by the new connections they had made. We’re excited for the next meeting, where we plan to combine networking with a touch of self-care. My hope is to build a strong, supportive community of women across the Barrow area who champion one another and move forward together.”

Coral Horn, founder of Pink Link, added, “We first met Emma-Lea through the Enterprise Vision Awards, where she won the Young Entrepreneur Award in 2021. Her authenticity and passion stood out immediately. When she suggested launching a Pink Link network in Barrow, it was an easy decision. She truly represents the spirit of Pink Link – connecting and empowering women.”

The next Pink Link Barrow meeting will be on Wednesday, February 11, from 10 am to 11:30 am. New members can attend their first session for free and see what the group is all about.

Pink Link Barrow is a great opportunity for women in the area to connect, learn, and support each other. As the group grows, it aims to help women build stronger professional connections and succeed in their careers.
