Chief Women Leaders is seeking nominations of women executives who demonstrate five key qualities: visionary leadership that sets direction and inspires teams; strategic execution delivering measurable business impact and innovation; industry influence shaping trends, best practices, and policy discussions; a people-first mindset championing diversity, culture, and talent development; and a legacy of impact through breakthrough ideas and outstanding contributions.
