Franklin Law Ladies Lunch Unites 160 Women in Sold-Out Event

Women from across Franklin and beyond packed Parklands, Pukekohe Golf Club for Franklin Law’s third annual Ladies Business Lunch, with more than 160 guests turning the afternoon into another sold-out celebration of local women, business, and community.

Local sponsors kept the event running. Franklin Law again drew support from Franklin Times, People Ink, Loom Shared Spaces, and Harleh Laser Clinic, and welcomed new backers this year in the Pukekohe Business Association, Mag and Turbo Pukekohe, and Printifique Studios.

Harleh Laser Clinic, Solitaire De Parnell, and Women’s Holistic Performance Coach Sahrita rounded things out by donating prizes for guests.

Two sold-out events in 2025 set the tone, and this year’s turnout shows women want something different from the usual business event, one built on conversation rather than presentations or sales pitches. The afternoon gave attendees room to meet new people and mark the role women play in businesses across Franklin.

Franklin Law partner Sarah Hagenson welcomed the crowd, calling the room a reflection of the women who make the local business community what it is. Partner Kelly Jones said the lunch exists to build relationships that outlast the event itself, noting that women lifting each other up creates real momentum and a network where everyone belongs.

Guests from a wide mix of industries traded stories, laughs, and connections throughout the afternoon, underlining just how strong Franklin’s women-led business scene has become. For Franklin Law, the lunch stays focused on giving local women a place to connect, celebrate each other, and walk away feeling supported.
