Background-
L’Oréal Israel and Yozmot Atid have launched a new programme called “Beauty Boost” to support women entrepreneurs running small businesses in Israel’s geographic and social periphery.
The initiative aims to strengthen women-led businesses through training, mentorship and professional guidance.
The programme is scheduled to begin in July and will provide 30 selected women entrepreneurs with practical business training. Participants will receive support through entrepreneurship courses, one-on-one mentoring and workshops focused on marketing, digital media and business management.
Parts of the programme will also be shared with Yozmot Atid’s wider community of entrepreneurs across Israel.
The organizations said the programme was introduced in response to growing economic challenges faced by women business owners in recent years. Rising financial pressure following the COVID-19 crisis and ongoing security concerns have affected many self-employed women and small businesses. The programme aims to help women improve financial stability and expand their businesses.
The initiative was officially launched during an event held at the offices of L’Oréal Israel, where three women entrepreneurs received awards for their business achievements. The winners represented categories including growing business, innovative business and inspirational business.
L’Oréal Israel said women empowerment remains a central part of its social initiatives and added that entrepreneurship can help strengthen communities and improve economic resilience.
Yozmot Atid said the partnership would expand access to business knowledge, opportunities and support networks for women entrepreneurs across different regions of the country.
