Mourant, a top-tier law firm and professional services provider, has named Jessica Vickers as co-chair of the IWIRC Cayman Islands Network. Her two-year term will begin in January 2026.
Vickers will serve alongside Neema Griffin, Managing Director of Teneo, as the new leadership duo of the Cayman Islands branch. Together, they will focus on strengthening the network’s mission to support the professional growth and leadership of women working in the fields of insolvency and restructuring.
The IWIRC Cayman Islands Network provides a platform for women professionals to engage in networking, mentorship, education, and business development opportunities both locally and internationally.
Vickers became part of Mourant’s litigation team in 2016 and brings extensive expertise in insolvency and restructuring, high-value international commercial disputes, and cases related to fraud, misconduct, and trusts.
Vickers commented on her new role, saying, “It’s a privilege to be named co-chair of the IWIRC Cayman Islands Network. I’m excited to work with Neema to assist our members and strengthen an inclusive community for women in the legal field.”
Her appointment strengthens Mourant’s representation within the IWIRC community. Jennifer Jenkins, Mourant’s Head of Litigation in the British Virgin Islands office, currently serves as co-chair of the IWIRC BVI Network, which was launched in 2023.
